At People's Impact Network (PIN), we are committed to promoting sustainable fashion by offering good quality pre-loved clothing. We encourage customers to carefully review sizing and item details before making a purchase. Each item is sold "as-is," and we inspect all garments to identify and document any significant stains, defects, or tears in the product description/comment section.
In the rare instance that a significant defect is missed during our inspection, we offer the following recourse options:
- For Items Valued Under $25.00: If the purchase price of the item is less than $25.00 and it is found to have an unmentioned defect, we respectfully request that you consider it a donation to our non profit and retain the item. In such cases, we are pleased to issue a donation receipt for the item's value, as we regularly support local non-profit organizations through our operations.
- For Items Valued Between $25.00 and $60.00: Should an item priced between $25.00 and $60.00 exhibit an unmentioned defect, you may be eligible for a partial or full store credit. To initiate this process, please submit a detailed description of the defect along with clear photographic evidence within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review your submission promptly and work to reach a mutually agreeable resolution. While we are dedicated to fair and reasonable resolutions, all decisions made by admin are final.
- For Items Valued Over $60.00: For items with a purchase price of $60.00 or more that are found to have an unmentioned defect, we may consider a partial or full monetary refund or store credit. To be eligible, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the defect within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please note that if a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping for the item will be the responsibility of the buyer.
General Provisions:
- Reporting Period: All claims for unmentioned defects must be submitted within 48 hours of the delivery date of your order.
- Documentation Required: All claims must be accompanied by clear photographs illustrating the reported defect(s).
- Final Decision: All decisions regarding refunds, store credits, or donations are at the sole discretion of PIN's administration and are considered final.
