President & Chief Visionary Officer
Namitha is a mother of 3 handsome boys. She is known as “energizer bunny”, “bulldog” , “sunshine”, “woo-woo” and many such names. There are probably some not so positive names too which she refuses to divulge.
By profession she is an analyst, a communicator and a leader. By nature she is always positive and friendly.
She is the President of PIN and started the organization to promote sustainable fashion and give everyone a chance to support the community in big ways and small.
Vice President
Ranjani is a semiconductor professional and a soon-to-be empty nester. She delights in non-profiting and volunteering; everything is fair game from tutoring to soup kitchen to flaunting a pre-loved saree aimed at saving our mother earth and PIN is that one-stop-shop for volunteer-holics.
As Vice-president, she wears many hats from being responsible for securing corporate grants for the organization, mobilizing volunteers and finding creative ways to live her guiding philosophy - “ Learn-Serve-Learn” - all while having fun.
Treasurer
Mushtari Nagpurwala is the Treasurer at Peoples Impact Network.
As Treasurer she manages the finances of the organization, keep track of incoming funds and assist with the disbursement
Director of Internal Affairs
Shehnaz has been a part of PIN organization from its conception. As Director of Internal Affairs Shehnaz is responsible for project management of various PIN's programs and running the back office for the organization. Outside of PIN she likes to cook, read and travel around the world with her husband and 2 kids.
Director of Grants
With the love to contribute to the community in a meaningful and philanthropic way, Kalai Krishnamurthy is the Director of Grants program at People’s Impact Network.
At PIN Grants, Kalai helps vet PIN Grant applicants through a systematic process and helps the board decide on giving grants to qualified Non-profit organizations who make a difference in community.
A skilled IT champion by profession, she also holds a certificate in Corporate Non-Profit Governance from Jindal School of Business at University of Texas, Dallas
With husband Gopinath, Kalai has lived in Irving for 21 years and together they have two children.
Director of Community Outreach and Communications
Madhavi is an IT professional and passionate about giving back locally.
Madhavi is delighted to be a part of the PIN movement grounded in the triple-winning principles of promoting sustainable fashion, facilitating the reuse of ethnic clothing, and supporting programs benefiting the community.
As a community outreach and communications director she will be participating and promoting PIN in DFW and nationwide and building community connections and partnerships with other charities.
PIN-ed lead and Youth Advisor
Shailesh is a Certified Project Management (PMP) and technology professional with over 30 years of experience.
His specialty is in IT process improvement to help companies in various industries in their growth. Shailesh has volunteered in a myriad of activities to benefit his community including coaching local youth sports teams. He has many skills to aid youth and is committed to the development of future leaders.
Shailesh lives in Frisco, Texas with his wife and two kids. In his free time, he enjoys cooking and spending time outdoors with his family. He looks forward to engaging youth in service projects and contributing to the betterment of the community through his role at PIN.
